Terms of use

vendor.com.au is a tender platform. Vendors send a property brief. Agencies that cover that area can be invited to quote. The vendor appoints an office. We are not a real estate agent, not a listing portal like REA or Domain, and not a sell-yourself service.

Appointing an office on this site is not the NSW (or other state) agency agreement. The appointed office still needs their own appointment of agent with the vendor.

Vendors use the site free. We may charge the appointed agency a fee on appointment. We do not guarantee quotes, a sale, or a price.

You must only submit a brief if you own the property or have authority to sell it. Fake or speculative briefs may be refused. Agencies must be licensed and must only quote areas they cover.

We may hold a brief, refuse an office, or remove an account.
